First, let's tell you a quick story of how a school went from losing money to becoming self-sufficient within 4 months.

Angel Elementary School (name changed for privacy) had an end-of-year party coming up and hired a planner to get the job done. During the first meeting with the school head, the planner requested for past party themes and the student records in order to know the student count per class and boy/girl ratio to make gift options seamless.

Not only did it take a long while to find the said records physically, the records were written in books and the student records were neither updated for the term nor stored in a computer. This set the planning process back by days.

This planner then advised them to digitize their records and referred our data entry services to them. The school contacted us and offered us a contract to digitize all their school records and train their front desk staff in updating and maintaining the records. At the start of the contract, we found out that their school fees records had major issues - several students were owing part payments and the school wasn't even aware.

We notified the school head and asked them certain questions and it turned out that the school had been bleeding money every term and the management could not fathom the reason why. Their school fees were supposed to be enough to pay staff, meet running costs and keep the school running. By all calculations, the school should have been profitable within its first 3 years but it was already year 4 and they were running at a loss.

We were able to create their digital records - staff records, student records, financial records and other important records - and teach their staff on how to update and maintain these records. By the end of the next term, the school had been able to shut off all financial leaks and their processes became 3 TIMES FASTER because they could easily access records and information on their digital devices.

Hi guys! This is Yvonne, the lead community manager of Biz Paddy. I'd like to share with you how Biz Paddy was born.

In 2018, I started a drop shipping business where I marketed and resold body shapers and hairs for 2 brands here in Nigeria. I started sharing pictures on my Facebook account and subsequently discovered how to create a page. I shared posts on my personal Instagram account too. I never made any sales on social media. I didn't know why but it turned out that I wasn't doing it right.

Over the years, I ventured into various businesses and made use of social media more. I eventually started posting my products on Facebook groups and got customers from there. Fast forward to 2021, I bought 's course where she thought how to run profitable ads on Facebook. The course was indepth and this was when I ventured into social media management professionally. That course fueled the need to learn more and I began to practice, buy more courses, follow marketing coaches on Instagram and so on.

Finally, I got a job in the same year where I was hired as a Community Manager. I also got contract jobs as an affiliate digital marketer. Since then, I have spent a lot of money on taking advanced courses in social media management and digital marketing. From my experience, I noticed that there were some aspects I was very good at and a lot of businesses were having issues that I could provide solutions to.

Hi creators! We know you're already planning your content creation calendar for June. We know some gurus already have June's calendar already complete. For some, you're simply taking it a week at a time. Whichever way you choose to go about it, we say 'do you.'
