The Study of Elijah
1. It doesn't matter how low you are when you start the Journey to Glory (1kings 17:1, 1 Timothy 1:15).
2. The True definition of Holiness (1 king 18:1-2)
Holiness is simple obedience.
3. You must learn when to fight and when to run.(2 Timothy 2:22)
4. It is from Elijah we considered a journey to heaven an individual journey (1kings 19:1-3).
5. it is from Elijah we learnt that, God never buries his wounded.Instead of burying them, he feeds them to restore their strengths.
(When you're tired, don't take a decision)
6. No matter how anointed you are, remain submissive to God( 2king 1:9-15).
**You only remain more than a conqueror if there's no quarrel between you and God(Romans 8:37)
WHEN YOU COME TO THE TABLE OF THE LORD, YOU COME FOR 2 MAJOR THINGS (because Elijah was feed twice).
- RESTORE.
- GIVE HIM STRENGTH FOR THE REST OF THE JOURNEY.
THE BREAD- is for restoration (for your healings; physical, mental, financial, marital and lots more).
THE WINE - is to get one set for the Glory ahead.
