It’s been almost a month of not working out, but then that ended today.

I needed a break from everything, so I got off everything I could afford to (excluding radio)

It paid off really,
As much as I missed my fitness family,
I feel really refreshed
It’s time to make them feel all of the light I carry 🌞

So you just stay glued & expect all of the stories coming from me this season.
It promises to be inspiring, funny & deep 😂

Here’s the News!

I turned up for Easter Weekend’s Owanbe and I got to snap pictures 😂

If you know me well enough then you already know my fight with pictures.
If you don’t, I don’t snap pictures because they don’t do Justice to my look (No jokes) 😂

But this time, I did.
My classmate from primary school said “I do” and I’m so happy for her. Hence I mount my guard, chop Jollof rice and sprayed some Igho 💵

Moved over to the next hall where a jolly good gym bro was equally saying “I do” who am I to not eat 2 separate caterers Jollof in one Saturday? 😂

On days when I feel like doing nothing at the gym, all I do is push-ups and I’m good to go.
My black brother here on the other hand, eats a few hundred push-ups daily and that accounts for 70% of his muscle growth.
I see him and I’m motivated to do more of my push-ups (I no too like benching like that)
I hope this reminds you that there’s always a workout you can do from the comfort of your house yet get great results 💪🏾

Just yesterday I met a friend in tears.

She had just found out about the demise of a loved one.

In that moment of trying to console her, we talked about the life of the deceased friend, then we talked about life itself.

This minute we are here, we can touch and feel it. So real!!!
But the next minute gets the previous looking like a dream,no longer real.
Worse of, nobody is sure of a certain next hour or even a tomorrow.

But we carry on in hopes of a tomorrow.
With faith, our plans are laid out for the future.

Sorry to bore you,
Sorry to spoil the fun of a new year you might still be partying over

The truth is,
The only future that’s sure is this present moment!!!

Use it the best you can,
Live it like it’s your last,
Do the things you love,
Make your voice heard on issues that affects you!
Make a difference with every opportunity,
Let’s truly commit to making the world a better place anyway we can!
