A dramatic moment in Edo State as a Special Court handed down a death sentence against Rufus Emete Michael, one of four defendants convicted in a kidnapping case.
The court sentenced Michael to seven years’ imprisonment on Count One, while on Counts Two, Three, Four, Six and Seven, he was sentenced to death by hanging or by lethal injection.
