I know it would be jarring for many actors to hear that an acting performance is the outcome of chemical reactions in the body of the actor. Well, it is true.
Actors pick up compatible energy forms from their external environment and transmit them into their internal environment to be processed for further use by relevant body parts so that the actor could behave in a certain manner before the audience.
Scientific approach to acting explains acting in terms of particles, atoms, molecules, cells, tissues, organs, and systems.
If you are an actor, come closer and become a better actor. If you are a director, come closer to understanding your actors better. Understanding your actors helps you bring the best performance out them.
Even as a human being, the nuggets found here would help you understand yourself and your fellow human beings better, such that you could build better relationships.
