Today at the Delta State Government Secretariat (Professor Chike Edoziem) at Mariam Babangida Way, Off Okpanam Road, Asaba, Delta State, Wong Box Nigeria went to peacefully submit a petition against the illegal, unlawful and ANTI-PEOPLE CCTV CAMERA EXPLOITATION AND EXTORTION BY THE DELTA STATE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT OVERLAPPING AND DERELICTION OF DUTY OF DESTMA, but was met with an unexpected challenge. His vehicle tyres were chained by some OVERZEALOUS SECURITY PERSONNEL who clearly overstepped their bounds.
