(For all prospectives, mentees, friends, partners, sons and daughters).
*READ CAREFULLY*
For some time now, I have carefully explored and observed human relations in my journey as a mentor, and I have come to discover that every person needs the right words and the right guidance to live effectively each day, all time and in all seasons.
The right word gives life. It brings hope.
It provides direction.
*The right word is like a spring, it refreshes, it enlightens, and gives understanding, and understanding produces clarity, while Clarity brings focus, and focus leads to success*.
Through this journey, I have also discovered that there is the need for a close and consistent mentorship. Every day and every season, you need a voice that can guide you, strengthen you, and speak the right words into your life.
*Because of this, the Lord has placed a strong burden and passion in my heart to mentor you closely, and to reach others who truly need direction for both survival and success*.
Out of this burden, I have created a special weekly mentorship outreach for you and for everyone who genuinely desires to be mentored.
*The truth is, without counsel, nothing meaningful can be built. Your plans, your ideas, and even the things you carry in your heart cannot reach their full potential without guidance*.
*Proverbs 15:22 “Without counsel, purposes are disappointed: but in the multitude of counsellors they are established.”*
*Prov.24:6 For by wise counsel thou shalt make thy war: and in multitude of counsellors there is safety*.
You need consistent counsel. You need sound advice. You need close mentorship to live with understanding daily.
Understanding is the secret of strength.
When you receive the right understanding for your life and for each season, you become strong.
The Bible says in *Dan. 11:32, “They that do know their God shall be strong, and they shall do exploits.”*
*Strength is necessary for exploits.*
And strength comes from understanding.
Understanding comes from revelation.
You need a God given mentor who can receive that revelation and make it clear to you.
This is why I am inviting you to be part of this weekly mentorship outreach.
It will hold twice every week:
Saturdays by 8:00 PM
Mondays by 8:00 PM
I want you to take this seriously and be fully committed to it.
*Now, I also want to address something important. Many people desire mentorship, but they expect it to be private, they want a mentor to reach out to them personally every time. That is not the complete picture of mentorship, it is self- centeredness, not partnership and professionalism, it's laziness and not deligence.*
While private mentorship has its place, true growth happens first collectively and then privately.
In a collective meeting, deeper insights are released.
For example to be a real student you must be in a public class, then before having a private lesson teacher, secondly you will need a choir or singing band to join before private rehearsal because the public concept is professional, challenging, disciplined and broader than the private.
*When a mentor speaks to a group, there is a flow and dimension of wisdom that goes beyond one-on-one conversations.*
So when you are part of the collective meeting, you actually receive more.
Mentorship is not built on isolation, it is built on connection.
*Self-centeredness will limit your growth, but collaboration will strengthen you*.
So do not exclude yourself.
Do not wait or feel too important to be a part of a team work.
Position yourself within the system.
