Come Home to Jesus — The Door of Mercy Is Still Open
Every human heart carries a longing — a deep cry for peace, love, and meaning. But sin separates us from the God who alone can satisfy that hunger. The Bible says, “All have sinned and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). Yet God’s love did not leave us lost — He made a way back through His Son, Jesus Christ.
Over 2,000 years ago, Jesus left heaven’s glory to walk among us. He lived a perfect life — full of love, compassion, and truth — and then gave Himself willingly on the cross for our sins. “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord” (Romans 6:23).
On that cross, Jesus took your punishment. He died the death you deserved, so that you could live the life He deserves. Three days later, He rose again, proving His power over sin, death, and hell!
Now, He stands at the door of your heart and says, “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If any man hear my voice and open the door, I will come in…” (Revelation 3:20).
Friend, Jesus loves you deeply. No sin is too heavy, no past too dirty, and no heart too far gone. He’s not asking for perfection — He’s asking for surrender.
Today, if you will confess your sins and believe that Jesus Christ died and rose again for you, you will be saved (Romans 10:9–10).
Prayer
Lord Jesus, I come to You today as a sinner. I believe You died for me and rose again. I repent of my sins and ask You to forgive me. Come into my heart, Lord Jesus, and be my Lord and Savior. From today, I choose to follow You. Thank You for saving me. Amen.
