It's so sad that it has come to this, I never thought I'd make a post like this, I'll get right to it: please where are the items I paid for on your website through on the 29th of December, 2024.
It is exactly one month and a day and I have been extremely patient and all I've gotten is silence and you ignoring messages while you post multiple times daily on Instagram trying to get more customers (Victims?). Is this how to run a business? I have been shopping from online vendors for most of my adult life and I've never experienced such a thing before. No regard for your customers. I ordered on 29th, it was confirmed, even Paystack, who have been very helpful, confirmed you received the payment and even sent you an email with me in copy to provide value, they came with receipts too and you pretended by asking me my order number as if I had not been emailing you for weeks with no response, still I obliged and gave my order number #1607, and still it's crickets. No notification for delivery, I had received an email on the 13th of January telling me it's on the way (big lie), it's the 30th of January today and still nothing. Yet you are looking for new customers for your valentine package?
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE OR MY MONEY? 11,500 IS A LOT OF MONEY TO THROW AWAY AND YET YOU ARE SILENT WHILE I SEND WHATSAPP MESSAGES LIKE A MAD PERSON?
Unfortunately you were c***y enough to block comments, DMS, mentions and tags and the only way to reach you is via your WhatsApp 09115692455 and email [email protected] and [email protected] and you don't respond to any of these.
Guys, I need help in getting back my money, pls.t they can't be allowed to get away with this fraud. pls help me. Thank you.
