Omo, the only thing I can’t say here is “I need help”.
Some might view it as pride but it’s not . It’s just my personality and people who are independent by nature struggle to ask for help when they really need it because we believe we should do everything by ourself ,i rather go ghost and try to fix everything myself.

Not asking for help can have detrimental effect to your growth but it also saves you from a lot of unnecessary drama, it can make one vulnerable, the fear of rejection too(might not get the help),you can be perceived as a burden etc.
