‎Today being 13 May 2026 the Education Secretary Konduga LGEA, Bamalah G. Mai Bukar visited Auno Central Primary School and JDSS Auno, for supervision during the visit he moved around the school premises to observe the level of teaching and learning taking place. He entered several classrooms, interacted with the learners and asked them questions about their lessons. The learners were delighted by his friendly interaction and responded with confidence.

‎He also reviewed class arrangements to ensure they meet the required standards. He encouraged them to take their studies serious and maintain good behavior both inside and outside the classroom.

‎The Education Secretary's visit is a testament to his commitment to transforming education in Konduga LGEA and his belief in the potential of every child. His passion is indeed limitless and his efforts are geared towards shaping a brighter future for the young ones.

Yesterday being, 11 May 2026 The Area supervisor zone five (B. M. Kaduwa) and SBMC/P.T.A members Auno, planned a meeting.

The meeting forms part of the authorities continuous efforts to monitor educational activities, assess infrastructure, and strengthen the quality of teaching and learning across the zone. The School Head Master and the Principal called on SBMC Members to addressed the learners Punctuality. The parents should be encouraged to assist in this area.

The quarterly meeting brings together our peers, the School Base Management Committee's members expressed concerned about the low students and called on community leaders and parents to work together in mobilizing children to attend school.

The zonal supervisor emphasized the importance of improving school enrollment, particularly in communities where the number of pupils remains low, SBMC/P.T.A Members called on community leaders, parents, and other stakeholders to work together with them to ensure that all school-age children are enrolled and attend school regularly.

Education remains one of the most powerful tools for building a better future, and together we will continue to work towards ensuring that every child in LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA has access to quality education and the opportunity to succeed.

Comrade Baba Gana Usman Auno who was promoted as Head of Community Mobilizer LGEA Konduga have successfully handed over the affairs of zone 5 to Modu Bulama Kaduwama in presence of all academic and non-academic staff of the zone including SBMC and PTA members.

📢 RESUMPTION NOTICE

This is to inform all students, parents/guardians, and members of the public that AUNO CENTRAL PRIMARY SCHOOL, and JUNIOR DAY SECONDARY SCHOOL AUNO will officially resume for third term 2025/2026 academic session on Monday, 20th April 2026.

➡️ Teaching and learning will commence immediately on the same day. All students are expected to return promptly and be fully prepared for academic work. Parents and guardians are encouraged to ensure their children/wards resume on time and in proper school uniforms.
We look forward to a productive and successful term.
