Last week Monday was such a proud moment for me as a teacher! 💕 My students just did their very first buttercream cake cover not on a real cake yet, but on an empty pan.

Why a pan? Because it’s the perfect way to practice smoothing, layering, and building confidence before moving on to real cakes. And guess what? They did an amazing job!

Every great baker started with small steps like this, and I’m so excited to see how far they’ll go.
