Earlier this morning, I extended a solidarity visit to Amb. Ezenwafor Jude Digar, PDP gubernatorial candidate for the November 8, 2025, Anambra State Governorship Election, who narrowly escaped an assassination attempt a few days ago in Abuja. This visit was crucial to me because of our past connection. Hon. Ezenwafor Digar, as the then Labour Party State Chairman of Anambra, facilitated my nomination for the 2007 House of Representatives election, which I subsequently won, representing Aguata Federal Constituency at the 6th National Assembly.

May God grant him renewed strength and grace needed to navigate this challenging situation.
