Be so good at what you do that your customers will have no other option but to still patronize you.

So, the other day, I was coming back from work and I overheard two ladies talking.

One said to the other, I will pass you but just go there and get the thing, I’m not in good terms with them.

But guess what? She still had to buy from there.

Be so good that even when someone is not in good terms with you, they still cannot deny the quality of what you offer.

They may not like you.
They may have had an issue with you.
They may even be upset with you.

But when it comes to your product or your service, let them be able to say, they are good at what they do.

That’s the kind of business I want to build.

A business where the quality speaks for me, even when I’m not there to speak for myself.

Be good at what you do. Be reliable.
Be hard to replace.
