ARTMA SWIFT RESPONSE ALERT

The Anambra State Road Traffic Management Agency (ARTMA) has successfully removed a heavily loaded container on a vandalized truck that was abandoned on the speed lane around Building Materials Junction, Ogidi, along the Onitsha–Enugu Expressway.
This dangerous obstruction had caused several accidents, especially at night, with casualties already recorded. In the interest of public safety and free flow of traffic, ARTMA intervened immediately to clear the road and prevent further loss of lives.

*STRONG WARNING TO TRUCK DRIVERS & HAULIERS*

ARTMA hereby sternly warns all truck drivers and riders:

- NEVER park or abandon vehicles on speed lanes or highways across Anambra State.
Any defaulter will face strict enforcement and sanctions in line with traffic regulations

ARTMA remains committed to ensuring safer roads, reduced accidents, and smooth traffic flow across Anambra State.

Road safety is everyone’s responsibility.
