They can list mothers, sisters, aunties, and neighbors they know who are suff€ring, yet they rarely stop to ask why süffering has become so common that it is now treated as a marital requirement.

Sis, if a man leaves, let him go.

Do not spend months or years chasing someone who has already decided not to stay.

Your dignity is too valuable to be traded for someone's attention. Your peace is too precious to be sacrificed on the altar of rejection.

Not every goodbye is a l0ss. Some goodbyes are redirections.

The goal is not to make someone regr€t leaving. The goal is to build a life so full, healthy, and meaningful that you no longer need validation from the people who walked away.

A few women have stopped me recently to say, "You're glowing."

Each time, I smiled and said thank you, but it got me thinking.

Sometimes, what people call a glow is really peace.

Sometimes, it is the absence of constant stress.

Sometimes, it is finally sleeping through the night.

Sometimes, it is no longer carrying burdens that were never yours to carry.
