Everywhere I turn, one song is following me.

WhatsApp status: I can't look away.

But honestly, as someone who grew up with brothers, I just hope whatever is happening behind the scenes eventually finds its way to peace.

M0ney matters. A child needs food, healthcare, education, clothing, shelter and other basic needs.

We shouldn't romanticize p0verty or pretend that financial responsibility doesn't matter.

But parenting is not only a financial transaction.

A child also needs a parent who is emotionally available.

A child needs love, safety, guidance, attention, discipline, encouragement and someone who will listen when they are struggling.

And this is where I think the conversation gets interesting.
You can have parents who have plenty of mon€y but raise children who feel completely unseen.

The wounds you felt as a child don't disappear when you grow up. They just change outfits.

Sometimes, the little girl who was constantly criticiz€d grows into a woman who is afraid of making mistakes.

The child who was never heard may become an adult who struggles to express her needs.

The child who had to be strong all the time may grow into a woman who finds it difficult to ask for help.

The child who learned that love had to be earned may spend adulthood trying desperately to prove that she is worthy of being loved.

This is why healing is not simply about remembering what happened to you.

Before David stood before Goliath, there had already been a lion and a bear.

Those encounters were not wasted.

The bal@ttles David had faced in private became part of the confidence he carried into a b@ttle everyone could see.

Some b@ttles taught me strength. Some taught me discernment. Some taught me boundaries.

Some brought me closer to God. And some introduced me to a version of myself I didn't know existed.

I am learning that God doesn't waste our experiences. Yes, even that one you don't understand why you are facing.

Sometimes we don't discover the nature of a relationship until we stop overextending ourselves.

When you are always the person who finds a way, people can become accustomed to receiving from you.

Your "yes" becomes expected, and the first "I can't" suddenly feels like a problem. Hmmm

But you are allowed to have limits.

You don't have to empty yourself to prove that you care about someone.

You can love people and still say:
"I don't have it right now."
And you don't need to feel guilty about that.

Anytime I talk about marriage, especially when I'm discussing vi0lence, women's voices, unhealthy relationships you suddenly remember me and start pushing my posts everywhere. 😂😂

But please, don't misunderstand me. 😂

I LOVE marriage! I genuinely believe in marriage and in the beauty of two people building a life together.

What I don't believe in is a marriage where one person must lose their voice to prove that they are submissive.

I believe a woman can respect her husband and still have a voice.
