I am a firm believer in divine health and I have had no cases of malaria and typhoid (the two most common sicknesses in Nigeria) since I got this revelation. nst Malaria and Typhoid for years. I have also used natural means to stop many ailments including Colds, Coughs Catarrh, and internal and External Piles (hemorrhoids), but nothing prepared me for what was about to happen in July 2021. I had a Mini Stroke! My Blood Pressure was as high as 200/110. I was put on medication and for the next 6 months, I battled with Side Effects, Anxiety, and Insomnia. This led to other complications that I have never experienced before like Heart Palpitations. The medical personnel on my case never gave me assurance but hinted that I might stay on drugs for life. I became desperate and started searching for a solution and by the grace of God, I found it. Since then, my Blood Pressure has remained normal till date. I am no more anxious and I sleep well. I have also used what I found to help as many people as I can. But now, I have decided to take it to a higher level. The rate at which Hypertension is going up not only in older people but now in young people is alarming. We have a grave situation on our hands. This has inspired me to reach as many as I can to impart this knowledge and help many REVERSE their Blood pressure. I want to help a Thousand (1000) people REVERSE their Blood Pressure for the next 10 months. I want to help 100 people each month.

I know you may have had breakfast by now if you are located at GMT. You may have had Akamu (Pap) or Oats. They told you oats have fibre right? That it's good for breakfast?

Really, Oats taste great. But most grains we eat today have been modified through selective breeding and their original glycemic indices have been altered and raised high.

These two foods SPIKE GLUCOSE in your blood. This spike leads to over production of INSULIN which will use up your blood glucose and make you tired and hungry after a few hours.

ALWAYS START YOUR DAY WITH PROTEIN.
Especially Animal Protein.

I suggest you start your day with Eggs: Cooked, Scrambled, Fried with Butter/Tallow/Red Palm Oil/Olive Oil... Find the one that works for you.

Protein first before Low Carbs protects you from sugar spikes and insulin rush.

Red Meat (Beef, etc) is the optimal food in the Bible. It's shocking how we Christians who are supposed to know better and obey God decided to listen to the Westerners in matters of Health while wholly ignoring God's instructions on health and the kinds of food to it.

Little wonder the healing line is becoming longer and yet instead of pointing the people back to the scripture and healthy living, we try to heal them through faith (which is great) but when the healing doesn't occur, they're left with the guilt of not having enough faith.

I pray for the day where a Diabetic will come for healing and the pastor will tell the person to go and fix his or her lifestyle so that others with more serious ailments that is not metabolic can be attended to.

That's what I have been trying to do.
That's what I have decided to pursue.

I have a page where I have sharing health stuff and I want to take raise it topnotch.

The name Uncle Nadyx Health Blog is just there. I want upgrade it to the revelation I got in the bible that healed me from metabolic syndromes...

I want to change the name to "GEN DIET FOR OPTIMAL HEALTH" (GEN is from Genesis 9:3). This Diet is the key to reverse so many health issues.

Go online and you will see articles upon articles against Red Palm Oil and Saturated Fats whereas there exists no Research to back those claims.

They claim Saturated Fats increase the bad Cholesterol in the body. πŸ˜‚ πŸ˜† πŸ˜‚. The whole good cholesterol, bad cholesterol thing is a MYTH. HDL is a carrier protein that carries cholesterol from parts of the body where it's no longer needed back to the liver for storage. That's all that it does. LDL takes cholesterol from the liver to parts of the body that need it. unclenadyx And because the pharmaceutical industry convinced medical doctors who don't know better πŸ˜‚ that cholesterol was bad. When we move cholesterol out of the liver to somewhere in the body, they say that's a bad thing. Even though it's the wisdom of the body that's encouraging that.

Recent research has shown that Saturated Fats has little or no effect on Cardiovascular Diseases.

LINOLEIC ACID (Omega 6 Fatty Acids):
Red Palm Oil has 10% while Olive Oil has between 5% to 25%. None has significant amount of Omega 3 fatty acids which makes Animal Fats better than them.

SATURATED FATS:
Red Palm Oil has roughly 50% saturated, 40% monounsaturated, and 10% polyunsaturated fatty acids while Olive has only Monosaturated fatty acid.

NUTRIENTS:
Red Palm Oil Contains Vitamin E (tocotrienols) and Carotenoids, which are precursors to vitamin A. Red palm oil can be a good source of vitamin A, especially for populations with vitamin A deficiencies. The Tocotrienols are the vitamin that protects the Heart, unclenadyx stop Angina and Stroke. The Reddish colour in Red Palm Oil is indicative of Phytonutrients that it contains and Antioxidants.
Olive Oil contains a little amount of Vitamin E and Antioxidants like Polyphenols.

Treasure what you have. Celebrate RED PALM OIL. It's God's gift to you. Animal Fat is better but expensive. Use the one that is available and good.

Olive Oil is a foreign product. It's scarse!!! The ones you see on the shelves are imitations and mixtures. It is almost impossible to get good quality Olive Oil anywhere around. Even in the US, they have complained about the fakeness of the Olive Oil there.

Though Cold pressed Red Palm Oil is the best, what we have is still good.

If you want depression and fibroids, avoid the sun.

If you want brain fog, hypertension and type 2 diabetes, eat ultra-processed food, high carbs and veg/seed oils.

If you want low testosterone, avoid red meat, scroll till 2 a.m and sleep for 4 hours.

If you want anxiety, stay indoors and never breathe fresh air and always talk negatively.

If you want weak posture and joint pain, sit in a chair all day, ride or drive.

If you want a chaotic mind, stimulate your senses nonstop and ignore the bible.

If you want chronic fatigue, ignore your gut health and eat lots of sugar.

If you want kidney stones, avoid drinking water.

Eating less and exercising more for losing weight only cause more hunger.

If your food doesn't take care of your hunger and satiety then it will not be sustainable.

Eat zero sugar, no refined carbs, no seed oils and processed food.

Eating animal protein and healthy fats will give you longer satiety without hunger.
