I grew up listening to good music,as my late father was a lover of music and the late Majek Fashek songs was always on replay in our home.

Majek Fashek,Fela Anikulapo Kuti, Bob Marley,Lucky Dube,Victor Uwaifo,and some others I couldn’t mention, their songs hold a special spot in my late father’s heart.

They’re all gone,but the legacy they left behind still transcends and inspires lots of people in this generation. What a wonderful and talented singers they were.

The legacy you left behind matters than any other thing. Do well to live a good life so that something good can be said about you when you’re no longer here on earth. As this world is not our own ✍️.

International News Report👈 Pray for Jamaica 🇯🇲

Unfortunately Melissa is quickly re-organizing after devastating Jamaica earlier today, with the eye popping back out on satellite tonight. Additionally, there’s a new burst of storms around the eye with lots of lightning which is a tell tale sign of a strengthening hurricane. Melissa should easily get back to Category 4 status and will bring a significant hurricane strike to eastern Cuba tonight. Life threatening flooding & mudslides, hurricane force winds, and storm surge expected there. The Bahamas will have to deal with Melissa tomorrow. All preparations to protect life and property should be rushed to completion there ASAP.

Pray for the people of Jamaica. They were just hit by a monstrous storm—Hurricane Melissa—and fatalities have already been reported. We have been loading cargo planes with shelter tarp, solar lights, medical supplies, water filtration systems, and more to get to the island as soon as an airport is accessible. Samaritan's Purse works with more than 250 church partners there, and they have asked for prayer. They’ve been through storms before, but this one was the strongest to ever hit the island.
