Inconsistent Revenue?
Sales is a game of Numbers!
The #1 Reason why you have an inconsistent revenue is because you are not paying attentions to your number.
Let me explain!
Get a Sheet of Paper and do this exercise.
Firstly,
Write down your Revenue goal on a monthly basis.
Okay!
Now letโs look at how you would get there?
Letโs you wrote down making $6k as your monthly revenue,
You will need to figure out 4 things;
1. Realistically, how many clients can you service in a month?
Write that down โ๏ธ
The idea is to build a business around your lifestyle and to develop a business lifestyle.
2. How much do you need to charge each client to get to your goal?
If you have 6 clients, then you will have to build a $1k offer.
If you have a 10-12 clients, your offer would be $500+
Now you are wondering how do I even start charging high?
The secret is simple,
Your prospects need to perceive they are getting much value in return than what they are investing!
Bonus tips: When creating an offer, see if you can focus it on something theyโll want on a monthly basis
That way they will keep you on a retainer if you deliver results.

3. How prospect do you need to speak to in order to get to your goal?
If your goal is 6 clients, you need to speak to a 100 - 120 prospect.
If it is 10 clients, you would have to speak to 200+ prospect.
Prospects are people you perceive that are interested in your offerโฆ
If you target is 6 clients, for you to get 100+ prospects, your marketing reach should be close to 5000+ if running a campaign.
This is the basis that you close at 5%โฆ
1 in every 20 prospects
Finally,
4. What marketing channel would you get your desired number of leads monthly?
- Content Marketing
- Paid Ads
- Direct Outreach
- Referrals
Tip: Focus more on the ones you can control.
Donโt do one or the otherโฆ
Otherwise you will always fall short
