Honestly! You must understand that sometimes there are days that you're not in the mood to talk to anyone even if it's your relatives and your closest friends. You will ignore talking to a certain someone in person, on phone calls, on chat conversations, even on social media. Not because you don't care and not because you're in a bad mood either but because sometimes your mind and body craves silence and inner peace.
Sometimes, there are days that your soul needs silence and solitude for you to figure things out.
I want you to know that if you find yourself spacing out and distancing yourself from other people it doesn't mean that you're a bad and mean person.
You're a human and it's okay to have a meltdown and you don't owe anyone explanations for prioritising what your soul deserves.
