After a whole week of eating Santana and egusi soup, today being Sunday I decided to spoil myself small.

Sometimes we get so busy surviving, hustling, and repeating the same routine every day that we forget to actually enjoy life a little.
Truth is, life is very fragile and not even promised to anyone.

Today you are here planning tomorrow, next tomorrow the story might change. That’s why I believe once in a while you should satisfy your cravings, enjoy the little things, and do that thing you’ve been postponing, as long as it makes you happy and you can afford it.
It doesn’t always have to be something big or expensive.

Sometimes it can just be buying that food you’ve been craving, taking yourself out, resting, or doing something nice for yourself after a stressful week. You deserve it.
So today, I decided to spoil myself small after a long week of eating the same thing. And honestly, it felt so good!

Children are really something else 😂
Today at my place of work, a lady came with her little daughter, a baby girl of about two years old, to take pictures. While the woman was trying to take pictures alone, that small girl refused to stay one place. She was everywhere touching things, and insisting she must be part of every single shot.

The mother kept saying, “Please hold her for me small.” So I carried her just so the woman could take her pictures peacefully.
But the funny part is when it was finally time for the child to take her own pictures.
Come and see character.

The same girl that was fighting to enter every picture suddenly lost interest. She didn’t want to stand, didn’t want to smile, didn’t want to look at the camera. The mother had to start begging, persuading, promising biscuits, snacks, and all sorts of bribes just to get one good shot.
What took only a few minutes for the mother almost turned into hours just to make madam cooperate 😂
Children ehn… they will stress you, confuse you, and still make you laugh at the same time.

Honestly, what do we even call this kind of behavior? 😂

Sometimes life reminds us how fragile everything truly is. 💔

It’s still hard to believe that madam Sophia is no more.
I may have been just one of her silent followers, but her life spoke loudly. Through her story, I learned so much about resilience, strength, and the determination to keep pushing forward no matter the hurdles life throws at you. She carried herself with the desire to do better, to grow, and to inspire others without even knowing how many people were watching and learning from her.
What makes it even more painful is knowing she lóst her l!fe while trying to bring another life into this world. A moment that is supposed to bring joy and celebration turned into heartbreaking loss. No one deserves such an ending. It leaves many of us questioning life itself.

Sometimes I sit quietly and ask myself: what are all these struggles, the hustle, the sleepless nights, and the endless worries for, when life can be taken away in a moment without our permission? It reminds us that life is not as long or as guaranteed as we often think.

All we truly have is the present moment, the love we give, the kindness we show, and the impact we leave on people around us.
Only God understands the mysteries of life and dۇth. Even when our hearts are heavy and our minds are full of questions, we hold on to faith that He knows best.
May heaven receive her with open arms and grant her eternal rest.

I heard someone sharing a story like this:

She said that on February 14, two guys took her and her friend out to flex. They bought them things like shawarma, suya, chicken, and other food and they all had a good time. Later that night, she went with one of the guys while her friend went with the other one.

According to her, the guy she stayed with asked her for oral s€x and she agreed. But since that night, she said she hasn’t been feeling okay with her mouth. The reason I work so hard is because I know how it feels to ask for help and be ignored. I know the pain of reaching out when you really need someone, only to be met with silence. That kind of moment changes you. It teaches you to rely on yourself, to push harder, and to never put yourself in that position again.

So when you see me working non-stop, chasing my goals, and refusing to give up, understand that it’s not just ambition… it’s survival. Some of us hustle this hard because we remember what it felt like when nobody showed up for us 💔➡️💪.

You plan, you hope, you try to do everything right,then life suddenly changes the script. One moment you’re sure of the road ahead, the next you’re learning how to walk a new path you never imagined.

It can be scáry, frûstrat!ng, and confus!ng. But in that uncertainty, life teaches us flexibility, strength, and patience. Some losses become lessons. Some delays become protection. Some unexpected turns lead to the very growth we didn’t know we needed.

Unpredictability reminds us to live in the present, to appreciate small wins, and to trust ourselves enough to face whatever comes next. Not because it’s easy, but because we’re stronger than we think.
Life may be unpredictable, but so is our ability to survive, adapt, and rise.
