A LETTER TO ALL MEN

Dear Men,

If you want to make it in life, you don't have to enter every HOLE you see. Some holes are dead traps. Some holes are destiny destroyers, business destroyers and life destroyers.

My brother, do not obey your Er****on at all times. Most Er****ons mislead you to wrong direction. Control your er****on if you don't want to to have few days on earth with much poverty on you.

It is not everything you see under skirt that you should hustle to eat, some skirts contain snakes that will bite you and leave you uncomfortable. Control your sexual urge. Self control and abstinence in most cases pays a lot.

A man who can control his sexual urge is a man who can live many years on earth. Men don't know that some of their downfalls are caused by MULTIPLE girlfriends. Not every girl has a good spirit. Some are demons, some has poison in between their legs....

AREMO.

GOVERNMENT SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

The Edo State Government, under the leadership of His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has observed with grave concern the alarming resurgence of illegal revenue collection by certain unions and organizations under various guises across the State. It has become clear that some of these groups, previously given limited authorization to collaborate with the Edo State Internal Revenue Service (EIRS) under clearly defined terms, have grossly violated the conditions of their engagement and resorted to cash collections, extortions, social harassment and intimidation.

Specifically, the activities of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN), ANNEWAT, and Drivers on Wheel, are hereby banned with immediate effect. These unions are not authorized to collect any form of dues, levies, taxes, or charges from motorists, drivers, traders, or any member of the public in Edo State.

This ban also extends to Atalakpa Recovery Concept Ltd, a private consultant earlier engaged to enforce compliance. Credible reports reaching the people-loving Governor, indicate that the firm and its workers have become complicit in widespread extortion and abuse of mandate, thereby betraying the trust reposed in them by the State.

The Government considers these actions as acts of economic sabotage, social oppression, and a direct affront to law and order. The era of using unions as fronts to harass, intimidate, or extort drivers and road users in the name of revenue collection is over.

All activities of the aforementioned unions are suspended indefinitely.

Henceforth:

- No individual or group under any of these unions is permitted to collect any form of payment from motorists or road users.

- All motorists, drivers, and road users are strongly advised not to pay any cash or comply with any form of illegal levy imposed by these banned entities.

- Reports of any such illegal activity should be forwarded immediately to the Edo State Special Taskforce, coordinated by SP Michael Anetor via 08038157126.

The Commissioner of Police and all relevant security agencies have been duly notified and directed to arrest and prosecute any individual or group found violating this directive.

Edo State Government, under the leadership of the people-loving Governor, His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo, remains committed to sanitizing the revenue system and protecting its citizens from unlawful exploitation. Let this serve as a final warning to all parties engaged in or considering such illegal activities: the full weight of the law will be brought upon you.

How many NGR local govt have farm settlements.... Probably Zero...
They collect over 25% of Nigeria national Revenue....
They collect all the taxes poor people pay...
Some of the local govt collect revenue from every houses built in the local govt ( Local govt Deve )

When this poor people they collect tax from go hungry, and need cheap food... The local govt should be the first responders...

Agriculture is in the Concurrent section of Nigeria constitution... With powers over land completely vested in the states...

Sadly I have never come across any local govt assisting and mobilizing the rural people in their domain to produce food for consumption and sales..

Any time poor Nigerians complain of hunger you would think their Brai**ns were formatted to forget the local govt chairmen who they pay all their taxes to and which collected almost a quarter of Nation total revenue...

Over 90% of Nigerians don't know the name of their local govt chairmen... Most of them have never and would never see them before their tenure expires..

But you see goats and cockroaches who have lost their bearing in live in those local govt shooting skit to mock the president for not coming to their village to give them rice...

When some ignorant Nigerians see the map of Nigeria they think from Lagos to Kano is 30 minutes drive...

If this ignorant skit makers know how massive nigeria is, the sixth most populous nation on earth..
More populous than the last 100 least populous countries on earth put together... They would understand why Nigeria adopted Federal system of government...

The federal government can only cater for macro economic policies,

To the credit of President Tinubu he has steer those macro economic policies with all the indices going up...

It is eediotic to think Mr President will now play his role and that of states and local govt...

It is even more eediotic to see people in these states who claim they are hungry celebrating govs wasting hundreds of billions in building Airports, Flyovers in empty streets, building govt houses, building Religious headquarters and many more projects

Hungry people don't use Aeroplane... There are some state airports in Nigeria that don't receive one plane in a full day..

You must be well fed, Healthy and well educated
To be motivated to buy cars that would use Flyovers..

Since most citizens of NGR still have this primitive mentality, they worship Flyovers and any gov that can build it for them, just like our fore father's sold their kinsmen to slavery because of smoking pipes..

Every building start from foundation but our leaders at the state levels are starting from the roofing stage because they want everybody to see them..

It's crazy to see states where kids still seat on the floor for classes like Adamawa spending almost N100 billion in building over 5 flyovers and still counting in desert town

The chairmen are completely missing in Action..
Some them spend more time abroad than in their local govt... You dare not criticize them hence they send their well train dogs after you... It's the same with the govs..

That is why over 90% of all Radio stations nationwide only discuss the FG so as to save their radio station from attack..

They want Mr President to build Primary health centers, primary schools, farm , create industries in all the wards across Nigeria, employ all the unemployed Nigerians, pay all old people in Nigeria, tar all the roads in their streets and villages, secure all of Nigeria, marry wives for them, send them to Pilgrimage... And the endless list continue..

Only in NGR do you have such abnormal federalism and many abnormal citizens

“UKWATA”: The Deity Who Transcends Borders

In the rich cultural tapestry of Umukwata Kingdom, there exist over 50 revered deities and more than 100 traditional titles, yet UKWATA reigns supreme above all.
He is not only honored within the boundaries of the Kingdom but is echoed, celebrated, and revered far beyond, a testament to his spiritual might and enduring influence.

Clothed in majestic royal regalia, UKWATA sits on his throne at the heart of Umukwata Kingdom, presiding over, 71 traditional minor families (Igo-Nmor),13 major families (Imusu),4 Quarters, and 7 Sub-Communities.

His sacred domain stretches from the Iyi-Udeh River in the South, with the Okumeshi River Deity flowing through the Kingdom’s center serving not merely as a natural waterway but as a spiritual checkpoint that watches over daily activities.
To the North lies Onoku (Ethiope River), the lifeline from which the people draw water before setting out to their farms.

UKWATA presides over the largest kingdom in Ukwuani Local Government, and his presence commands awe.
His footsteps resound like thunder, for he is the Elephant (Enyi) a symbol of wisdom, strength, and authority.
With his mighty presence, even the Lions of the North, Tigers of the South, Hippocampus of the West, and Crocodiles of the East dare not trespass.
His elephant 🐘 footprints are in Amai, Ezhionum, Umuaja, Umutu and Obi-Obeti.

The King has spoken, and I shall hearken to his voice, for his words command reverence, direction, and destiny.
He is more than a monarch, he is the divine architect of the modern Umukwata Kingdom.

May the Almighty continue to bless and preserve the King today and forever.

𝙎𝙏𝙊𝙋 𝘽𝙊𝙄𝙇𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙔𝙊𝙐𝙍 𝙎𝙋𝙀𝙍𝙈

In one of our training sessions yesterday, the facilitator collected a Nokia torch hand set with fully charged battery. He brought a fresh egg. Then he puts the egg and the handset together and place them into a polythene bag. He tied the bag and told us to call the phone number ...Calling …Calling ...Busy ...Busy.

When the battery is drained down, he gave the phone to the owner and cracked the egg. Behold the egg was cooked!!.. done!!!. We were surprised and asked for the explanation. He told us that every handset emits electromagnetic rays.

That it was the rays that was responsible for cooking of that egg. He also said that for device to be named ” hand set ” by international bodies is not by accident.

He said that it is never a pocket set. He went on to say that males (men) have egg resemblance in between their legs…sc***um.

He admonished men to stop putting their hand set in their pockets, but to hold on hand. If you continue to put set in your pocket, the radiation from it will denature your s***matozoa and cook your sc***um . That is why our men will marry 2 to 3 years no Issues. They begin to blame their wife. They will visit men of God for fasting and prayers. God will answer them and reverse the condition, but coming out of the church, they put back the handset in their pockets and continued to denature their s***m and cook their sc***um again.

Before a communication mast is mounted in your property, you will be paid between 10 to 20 million naira as long as you sign a document the network provider gives you. People don’t even read the document.

Only sign and collect the pay. The document reads in part within the middle ( we are giving you this money to buy land in another place and relocate, because what we are about to mount here is dangerous to your health ) . If you continue to stay there in about 10 to 15 years period, you and others living there will be suffering from one cancer case to the other.

Please , don’t be putting handset in your pockets. Inform your friends and relatives about the dangers. Ladies inform your brothers, male friends and relatives the same.

By putting sets in your pocket or inside bra Can cause prostrate and breast cancer respectively.

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to discuss a little on one of the burning health issues.

Be careful !!!

Three Robbers entered a house. They said to the lady, we don't want to spoil the order of your house and we don't want to harm you, so we are sitting here on the sofa, bring whatever cash and jewelry you have here.

The lady brought cash and jewellery. The leader of the robbers said, "Where is the diamond ring that your husband gave as a gift on your wedding anniversary?"
She kept silent and brought the ring and gave it to them.

Bring the watch that your sister sent from Dubai. She had tears in her eyes while handing over the gift given by her sister.

Now we will drink instant coffee of "Nescafé" with your permission.

After drinking coffee, the head of the Robbers said, "Now bring the leftover pineapple cake from yesterday."

When all the goods had been taken by the Robbers, the woman hesitated and said, "You guys are very professional and ethical robbers. How did you know about the things inside our house?"

The leader of the Robbers fixed the mask on his face and said, Madam, we are your "Facebook friends".

We regularly read your posts. We also check your status.

Osisikankwu: The Man Who Held Aba Hostage with Fear

Between 2007 and 2010, Aba, the commercial heartbeat of Abia State, became a city of fear. Businesses shut down, families fled, and those who remained lived in constant terror. The name on everyone's lips was Osisikankwu—a man whose very mention sent shivers down the spine.

Osisikankwu, born Obiọma Nwankwo, was not just a criminal; he was a nightmare. From Aba to Obigbo (Oyigbo) in Rivers State, he and his gang of over 3,000 men turned kidnapping into a full-scale industry. His targets were the rich, the powerful, expatriates, government officials, and sometimes, ordinary people who just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Aba Became a Ghost Town

For those who lived in Aba during this period, it was like a war zone. Fear ruled the city. People abandoned their homes, choosing to sleep in churches rather than risk being kidnapped in their own beds. Entire neighborhoods were deserted—Ariaria Junction, Umuozuo, Obehi, Ihe, Asa, Ala Oji, St. Mary Catholic Church area, uratta, etc—people packed their bags and ran.

Kidnappings became a daily occurrence. One of the most heart-wrenching stories was that of Chijioke (Igodo), a well-known businessman in Ariaria. When Osisikankwu’s men came for his older brother Tochukwu (Igodo), who had just returned from the hospital after surgery, Chijioke made a painful choice—he volunteered to go in his place. His family eventually secured his release, but many others were not as lucky.

A City Under Siege: No One Was Safe

Osisikankwu’s terror was not limited to Aba. His gang kidnapped three British nationals and a Colombian engineer from Shell’s Afam VI Power Plant in Rivers State. Ransoms were paid, and they were released, but the fear lingered.

In 2010 alone, he kidnapped two Germans, three Chinese nationals, and nine Nigerian workers at the Nigerian Steel Company. He also abducted Mrs. Victoria Ori, the wife of a wealthy Ohafia businessman, an

*SOUTHEAST TRADITIONAL RULERS COUNCIL ABOLISHES "EZE NDIGBO" TITLE FOR IGBO LEADERS IN DIASPORA*

The Southeast Council of Traditional Rulers has officially abolished the use of the title "Eze Ndigbo" by Igbo leaders residing outside Igbo land. This decision was announced in a communique signed by His Royal Majesty, Eze (Dr.) E.C. Okeke, CFR (Eze Imo), His Royal Majesty, Igwe Nnaemeka Achebe (Leader), and the chairmen of the Traditional Councils of Enugu, Anambra, Abia, and Ebonyi States.

*OFFICIAL RESOLUTION ON THE TITLE FOR IGBO LEADERS IN DIASPORA*

The Southeast Council of Traditional Rulers appreciates the efforts of Igbo leaders in Diaspora in unifying Ndigbo and fostering peaceful coexistence with host communities. Their commitment to promoting Igbo culture and traditions is highly commendable. However, the council deems it necessary to provide clarity regarding the use of the title "Eze" outside Igbo land.

*Clarifications on the Use of the Title “Eze”*

1. “Eze” is a sacred traditional title exclusively reserved for recognized traditional rulers in the Southeast, as sanctioned by Igbo customs, culture, and state legislation.

2. A true “Eze” is enthroned and coronated by his community or kingdom following traditional rites, divinations, and sacred ancestral ceremonies.

3. An “Eze” must have a kingdom or community to govern. The title is not honorary or symbolic; it signifies rulership over a defined territory.

4. The “Ofo” is a symbol of authority bestowed upon a traditional ruler by his people, signifying his spiritual and cultural legitimacy.

5. The title of “Eze” cannot be conferred on individuals residing outside Igbo communities. It is not a political or ceremonial title but one deeply rooted in Igbo tradition and heritage.

*Introduction of the Approved Title: "Onyendu Ndigbo"*

To resolve the long-standing controversy surrounding the improper use of the title “Eze Ndigbo” outside Igbo land, the Southeast Council of Traditional Rulers has unanimously approved “Onyendu Ndigbo” (Igbo Leader in Diaspora) as the official designation for any Igbo leader in foreign lands or outside Nigeria.

All Igbo leaders in Diaspora are required to adopt this new title immediately. This directive extends to all official documents, signposts, letterheads, and public representations.

*Implications of Non-Compliance*

Failure to comply with this directive, especially after a competent court ruling on the matter, will be considered a serious act of defiance, misconduct, and disregard for Igbo traditional authority and judicial pronouncements. Compliance, on the other hand, will foster better recognition, reconciliation, and cooperation between Igbo leaders abroad and traditional/government authorities at home.

*Final Words from the Southeast Traditional Rulers Council*

The Southeast Council of Traditional Rulers welcomes all Igbo leaders in Diaspora into this new era of cultural unity and mutual respect. We extend our hand of fellowship to all Igbo leaders abroad and urge them to embrace this resolution for the collective growth and advancement of Ndigbo.

As custodians of Igbo heritage, we must work together to uphold the dignity of our culture and traditions, ensuring they are respected and preserved at all times.

*EDO ANTI-CULTISM WAR: JUDGES, LEGAL PRACTITIONERS BACK GOV OKPEBHOLO*

The judiciary and legal practitioners in Edo State have declared their full support for Governor Monday Okpebholo’s ongoing battle against cultism and kidnapping.

The endorsement was the highlight of a high-level meeting held on Tuesday at the Government House in Benin City, when Governor Okpebholo received the Chief Judge of Edo State, Hon. Justice Daniel Iyobosa Okungbowa, alongside a delegation, comprising judges and members of the legal profession in the State.

Presiding over the meeting, Governor Okpebholo emphasized the need for closer collaboration between the executive and the judiciary, describing their relationship as “very cordial.”

The Governor remarked: “I appreciate the synergy we have enjoyed so far. I usually get quick and helpful responses whenever I seek legal advice.”

Governor Okpebholo reiterated his firm stance against rising insecurity in the State, particularly the menace of cultism and kidnapping. He appealed to the judiciary for continued cooperation in the enforcement of law and order.

He said: “There is a fight against cultism, and I am taking it very seriously. I need your cooperation. These crimes are a major setback to our economic development. We must bring them down to the barest minimum so we can feel safe again, our children can invest here, and their investments will be protected."

The Governor’s renewed call for a joint action comes on the heels of recent legislative reforms aimed at curbing insecurity.

Earlier this year, he signed into law the Secret Cult and Similar Activities (Prohibition) Law, 2025, and the Kidnapping Prohibition (Amendment) Law, 2025.

The laws impose strict penalties including a mandatory 10-year jail term for anyone who harbors cultists; 21 years for cultists who cause injury or damage property; and the death penalty for kidnappers in cases where victims lose their lives.

In a bid to strengthen the judicial system’s ability to administer justice swiftly and fairly, Governor Okpebholo also pledged his administration’s support for addressing critical institutional needs, including the recruitment of additional judicial staff.

Earlier in the meeting, Chief Judge Okungbowa had informed the Governor of the judiciary’s staffing challenges, noting that several professionals had left in search of better opportunities abroad.

Governor Okpebholo responded positively, acknowledging the urgent need to equip the judiciary with adequate human resources to also ensure effective prosecution of cases related to insecurity.

The Chief Judge was accompanied by a delegation of judges and other judicial officers, symbolizing a unified commitment from Edo’s legal community to uphold peace, justice, and security in the State.

The meeting ultimately reaffirmed a shared resolve between the executive and judicial arms of the government to rid Edo State of criminal elements and ensure a safe environment for all.
