MONEY NA WATER! Lagos State Unveils N3.36trn 2025 Budget

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has signed the *Budget of Sustainability* into law, pouring funds into infrastructure, economic growth, and essential services. With a whopping 62% allocated to capital projects like roads, electricity, and education, Lagosians can expect big improvements ahead.

The budget, originally N3tn in November, grew to N3.36tn and projects N2.34tn from internally generated revenue and N626.13bn from federal transfers. A carefully structured N398.66bn deficit ensures financial discipline.

Sanwo-Olu praised the Assembly for its swift approval and urged stakeholders to ensure impactful implementation. Lagos is investing in its future like never before!
