Senior PDP leaders in Edo loyal to former governor Godwin Obaseki are now asking Ogbeide Ifaluyi-Isibor one question: where did he obtain his nomination form?

Since the issue came up, he has reportedly gone silent....phone switched off — unable to explain why he betrayed and went to Dan Orbih’s camp to pick the form.

PDP members are saying his alignment with Dan Orbih and Ogbeide Ihama confirms he has fully switched political camps.

The viral news of Obaseki securing appointments in a U.S. university was celebrated everywhere.....loyalists, progressive Edos in diaspora, even some opposition figures gave credit where it was due. Regardless of politics, many agreed the former governor is representing Edo well and carrying himself with class after office.

But surprisingly… Ogbeide Ifaluyi-Isibor, the same man who once moved around like a certified Obaseki loyalist, suddenly developed social media silence. No congratulations, no praise, not even the usual “well deserved sir.” Just quiet… like say network problem de Egor.....lol !

The reason no hard to people....the boy na desperate Omila, Omodan....Political oppprtunist. He has already switched camp to Ogbeide Ihama and the Dan Orbih faction, so celebrating Obaseki now might offend his new political landlords.

This only reinforces what many people already suspect his moves are less about loyalty or ideology and more about political survival and where Wike's election funds are flowing.

Edo people are watching. In politics, loyalty shouldn’t expire immediately a new opportunity shows up. Consistency still matters… at least small.

Ogbeide Ifaluyi's ambition is clearly a money making mission, not a winning mission. The fact now is that he’s moving from place to place. ex Governor Obaseki’s friends, Wike’s side, even diaspora supporters — just to raise funds and disappear when the real battle starts.

Many say he learnt this political style from Pastor Ize-Iyamu: enter the race, collect support, then quietly go home.

Edo people should not allow ambition to become a fundraising business.

Politics is meant to win and serve, not to cash out.

Supporters of Obaseki are now beginning to realise that Ogbeide Ifaluyi-Isibor lied to them..... He claimed he obtained his nomination form under the Obaseki-led PDP structure, but in reality, he went through the Dan Orbih–Wike faction even before the court ruling.

Now that the court decision didn’t favour the Orbih Wike group, he is suddenly trying to reconnect with the original structure he betrayed.

Edo people must shine their eyes. Nobody should hide under Obaseki’s popularity and achievements to manipulate the people.

Betrayal is betrayal.....no matter how it is packaged.
