Hey family,

This isn’t the easiest message to share, but it’s necessary. I’ll be off radio for a while to focus fully on my health. I’ve been seriously under the weather these past few days, and after much thought (and a few stubborn delays), I’ve decided to take the time I need to treat myself and get better.

Now, don’t panic — I’ll keep the details of the ailment private, but I promise I’m doing what’s needed to come back stronger, healthier, and full of that energy and magic you’ve come to expect on-air.

Radio is truly my love, my heartbeat, and stepping away – even for a bit – is really tough. I’m going to miss connecting with you all, laughing, vibing, and sharing those unforgettable moments, the deep dives on , the unexpected sparks on , and of course, the fun of .

But health comes first. I’ve got to take care of me so I can give you the best of me.
