ENOUGH IS ENOUGH:
NIGER DELTA STUDENTS RISE UP IN SOLIDARITY WITH HON DR. OLUBUNMI TUNJI-OJO, A TRUE LEADER OF UNQUESTIONABLE INTEGRITY.

The Niger Delta Students Union Government (NIDSUG) has issued a statement expressing its unwavering support for Hon Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, a proud son of the Niger Delta and a true leader of unquestionable integrity.

In a strongly worded statement, NIDSUG condemned the malicious attacks on Dr. Tunji-Ojo's character, describing them as "baseless" and "unwarranted". The union also expressed its disappointment and outrage at the attempts to tarnish his reputation, despite being cleared by the NYSC authority.

We're UNAPOLOGETIC in our support for his VISIONARY LEADERSHIP and REJECT the MALICIOUS ATTACKS on his character! FINAL WARNING: CEASE THE CHARACTER ASSASSINATION! NIDSUG WARNS.

"We, the Niger Delta students, rise up in solidarity with our own, Hon Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, and reject the malicious attacks on his character," the statement read. "We are unapologetic in our support for his visionary leadership and will not be swayed by unfounded criticisms."

NIDSUG has given a final warning to those behind the character assassination, urging them to cease their actions immediately.

The statement was signed by Comrade Scott Ogunseri, National President of NIDSUG, who warned in strong terms that perpetrators should be warned and leave the performing Minister alone.

"We will not stand idly by while our leaders are being attacked and maligned," Comrade Ogunseri warned. "We demand that those behind these malicious attacks desist immediately and leave Hon Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo to continue his good work."

During his tenure, Comr. Scott brought light, freedom, and the restoration of students’ rights and palliatives across all 9 states of the region. His impact and legacy will not be forgotten easily.

As we prepare for the NIDSUG National Election 2025, we pray for wisdom and understanding for all comrades and leaders involved in the process.
