A Joyful Celebration of Priestly & Diaconate Ordination ⛪✨

The Catholic Diocese of Bauchi was filled with joy and thanksgiving as we gathered at St. John’s Cathedral, Bauchi, for the Priestly and Diaconate Ordination of our brothers, presided over by His Lordship, Most Rev. Dr. Hilary N. Dachelem, CMF, Bishop of Bauchi Diocese.

Congratulations to our newly ordained:

🙏🏽 Rev. Gokop Raymond
🙏🏽 Rev. Kefas Joshua
🙏🏽 Rev. Vhimintah Sundry
🙏🏽 Rev. Ben Sabo
🙏🏽 Bro. Felix Yimtu, ordained to the Diaconate

In his homily, the Bishop emphasized the virtues of obedience and humility, reminding the newly ordained that authentic service in the Church requires a heart that is willing to listen, obey and humbly serve God and His people.

The celebration was made even more beautiful with uplifting songs from the Choir, Zumunta Mata and other groups, adding colour, joy and praise to this memorable occasion. 🎶🙌🏽

It was truly a wonderful celebration of faith, vocation and thanksgiving.

Congratulations to our newly ordained brothers! May God grant you grace, wisdom, strength and a heart of humble service as you answer His call. 🙏🏽❤️
