On behalf of the government of Bauchi State, I wish our children across the state and Nigeria a Happy Children’s Day. But we must do more than talk, we must create a safe space for them to grow and study, and we are doing this in Bauchi State.

Before now, Bauchi State was known for the highest number of out-of-school children, but this has been upended since the start of my administration. We remain committed to empowering the young ones in our society because there is no sustainability plan without them.
