FINANCIAL CONFESSIONS

I am divinely connected to all resources—human, material, financial—that are consistent with my destiny in Christ. My eyes are anointed to see opportunities everywhere I go, and I am divinely powered to take advantage of them. I accept my prosperity as God's will and plan for my life. God has given unto me the hidden treasures of the earth, and my gates are continually open to receive today and always. Hallelujah!

Solomon made gold and silver in Jesuralem, it is so with me concerning money. The supernatural is evident in my finances; my impact in kingdom financing cannot be ignored. I’m found at the top of those sponsoring the gospel. The heavens registers my name as a big financier for kingdom expansion. God delights in my purposeful prosperity and thus, pours more resources in my path. I’m at the center of God’s will for my life. I’m chosen, appointed, set up and set apart for a glorious life filled with plenty. I’m growing on every side. Glory!

I always find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and men. That favour causes me to attract huge finances from every direction. Men feel obligated to do me good and cause money to pour into my bosom. Daily I am expectant of divine interventions in the affairs of my finances. My ways are past finding out. I am a wonder unto many.I reign and rule in this life, continually walking in the supernatural. Everything I require for life and godliness is made available to me by free course. Glory!

Men are dying by su***de at nearly 4 times the rate of women.
Not because they are weaker. Because they were trained to be silent.

This is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month. And before we post a blue ribbon or share a quote, let's sit with what the numbers actually say.

Men account for nearly 80% of all su***de deaths. And 60% of those men had no documented mental health condition before they died.

Think about that. The majority of them never got a diagnosis. Never received treatment. Only 41.6% of men with any mental illness receive treatment, compared to 56.9% of women.

The gap is not biological. It is cultural.

We built a world that tells men that asking for help is a confession of failure. That silence is strength. That the appropriate response to pain is to produce more, perform more, endure more. And it is costing us funerals.

In England and Wales in 2024, 75% of all su***des were male. The highest proportion recorded in the last 25 years.

And this is not just a personal crisis. It is an organizational one.

Deloitte research confirms that for every dollar spent on mental health interventions, employers see a return of $4 in reduced absenteeism, presenteeism, and staff turnover. McKinsey Health Institute research shows that improving global employee health could unlock up to $11.7 trillion in annual economic value, with the largest gains coming from improved productivity and reduced presenteeism.

The men in your team who are showing up late, going quiet in meetings, snapping at colleagues, disappearing on Slack. They are not "difficult." Some of them are drowning. Quietly. Professionally. Invisibly.

And we keep optimizing workflows while the people running them fall apart.

McKinsey Health Institute notes that we are now entering a period where it is essential to manage human capital with the same level of discipline as financial capital.
A man's mental health is not a personal problem he brought from home. It is a performance variable you are responsible for as a leader.

What does breaking the silence actually require?

It does not require a mental health programme with a fancy name. It requires a manager who asks "how are you, really?" and waits for the actual answer. It requires a team culture where a man can say "I am not okay this week" without career consequences. It requires leaders who model vulnerability so that silence is no longer the only safe choice.

The strongest men I know are not the ones who never broke. They are the ones who stopped pretending they could not.

June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month.

Check on your men. The ones who seem fine. Especially the ones who seem fine.

Repost if this landed. Someone in your network needs to read it today.

Unity does not mean uniformity. The healthiest families I have observed are ones where disagreement is not a crisis, where a child can hold a different opinion from a parent without the table catching fire. Sameness is the enemy of growth. A family that demands sameness is not a sanctuary. It is a quarantine.
