The Tangale Community Development Association (T.C.D.A.) International has once again written history, extending its landmark Skill Acquisition and Empowerment Training to the city of Kumo, Gombe State, a bold step that underscores its unshakable commitment to grassroots transformation.
The groundbreaking training, flagged off on Wednesday, 13th August 2025, commenced in full swing on Monday, 18th August 2025, at Jauroji Primary School, where the atmosphere was nothing short of electrifying. The air carried a powerful mix of enthusiasm, determination, and hope, as eager participants gathered to embrace skills that promise to reshape their future.
A VISION COME ALIVE
From inception, the vision of T.C.D.A. International has been clear and uncompromising:
To raise a new generation of empowered Tangale youth and women who will not wait for opportunities but boldly create them.
By bringing this life-changing training to Kumo, the association has not only expanded its reach but also solidified its place as one of the most forward-thinking, people-driven organizations in Northern Nigeria.
The significance of this moment was amplified by the presence of Comrade Danladi Bako, President of T.C.D.A. International, alongside the National Treasurer and respected Tangale elders. Their presence was both symbolic and motivational, proof that leadership stands hand in hand with the people it serves.
“This initiative is not just about teaching skills, it is about rewriting destinies,” declared Comrade Bako, to thunderous applause.
“Our dream is to see every Tangale son and daughter stand tall, economically independent, and able to contribute meaningfully to society.”

Job J. Kato (Jobson) – The visionary convener, introducing Handmade Bag Making, Shoe Cobbling, Artificial Intelligence, and Graphics Design. His sessions merge creativity with digital innovation, producing a new generation of tech-driven artisans.
Mr. Elisha Edward – Driving Agribusiness Training, empowering participants to transform farming into profitable, wealth-creating ventures that combat rural poverty.
Mr. Simon Ibrahim – Leading Solar Installation and Maintenance, a skill of urgent relevance in today’s energy-hungry world, ensuring Kumo is not left behind in the global renewable revolution.
