EMERGENCY PICK 👇

Your baby has 39°C fever at 2am. Clinic is far.
You can only pick 1 thing to do FIRST:

A. Strip baby + sponge with lukewarm water
B. Give paracetamol syrup immediately
C. Wrap baby in blankets to "sweat it out"

COMMENT A, B, or C 👇
I’ll explain the correct answer + why at 9pm

Wrong answers here save lives later. No shame.

Mamas, Is Your Baby’s Bottom Red Like This? 😢

This is what we call severe nappy/diaper rash. Rainy season makes it worse because of heat + wetness.

3 Things to Do Right Now If You See This

1. Keep it Clean & Dry
Change pampers/nappies immediately when wet or soiled. Don’t wait. Wash with clean water only, no soap on the raw area.

2. Give the Skin Air Time
Let baby be without diaper for 15-20 mins, 3x daily. Lay on a clean cloth. Air is medicine.

3. Go to Hospital Today, Don’t Wait
When it’s this red, raw, or has sores, it’s past home care. A nurse needs to check for infection or fungus. Don’t put powder, menthol, or herbs on it.

Prevention for other mamas 👇
1. Change diaper every 3-4 hours max
2. Apply thin layer of petroleum jelly/diaper cream after each change
3. No tight diapers + no scented wipes

Mamas, drop a 💙 if you’ve fought this before.
Tag a new mama so she can learn early.

Note: This is health education, not a diagnosis. Take baby to your nearest PHC/Clinic for proper care.
