HOW TO TREAT COLD AND CATARRH AT HOME.
The weather is cold due to the frequent downpour. This however should not make us fall sick as we are meant to enjoy every bit of the weather/season.
To treat cold and catarrh you should:
1. Dress for the weather. Do not expose your body to cold. Wear cardigans, socks, gloves, head warmer, cap or scarf.
2. Try to avoid been caught in the rain. Always move around with an umbrella or rain coat.
3.Take plenty of warm fluid and fruits to boost your immune system. This include the intake of fruits high in Vitamin C, fresh ginger tea, warm water, pepper soups.
4. Have a warm bath.
5. Do face steaming. Steam therapy or steam inhalation involves inhaling water v***r to relieve you of nasal congestion and cold.
6.Application of Shea butter or menthol on the nose or body.
7.Practice good hygiene to prevent recurrence and spread of the cold/catarrh.
8. Just enjoy the weather .

Our topic for today: How To Look Healthy and Younger.

Looking younger is everyone's desire, a big grin appears on every face that receives a compliment about how young or younger they look.
We want to add more years to our age and still look younger; the old wants to look younger , and the young wants to glow continually.
Aging is inevitable as there are many factors that aids it, the good news is we can slow down the aging process through a healthy lifestyle.
1. Eat Healthy: Take variety of fruits and vegetables, reduce or avoid the intake of processed and sweetened foods. Junks aids aging. Stay hydrated by drinking enough water daily.

2. Have your daily beauty sleep. Sleep pampers your skin.

3.Use a good and natural moisturizer on your skin and avoid harmful or bleaching lotions. Exfoliate your skin regularly to remove dead skin cells.

4. Avoid frequent exposure to sunlight, especially without the application of a sunscreen.

5. Dress to fit your stature.

6. Exercise regularly

7. Stay happy, positive, manage stress, avoid worries and enjoy a younger looking you.
