COATED TONGUE

It is very important to take care of your tongue, as it is one of the places where bad breath emanates from.
However, pay attention to this: if you are cleaning your tongue, put your head down and do it very well, so that you don't choke.

Do not use a hard-bristle toothbrush to clean your tongue; use a medium-bristle toothbrush instead.

Children should use a soft-bristle toothbrush to clean their tongue and teeth.

If you notice bleeding while scraping your tongue, consult your dentist for proper management to rule out any ailments. In some cases, a heavily coated tongue can be a sign of an underlying ailment.
