So touching story:

The small kitchen was filled with the aroma of cooking dinner, but the tension was palpable. Emma, a petite woman with a big personality, stood at the stove, stirring a pot of stew while nagging her husband, John.

"John, why didn't you take out the trash? I told you to do it this morning! And why are your shoes still on the floor? You're so careless sometimes!" Emma's voice was laced with frustration.

John, a tall and gentle man, sat on the couch, watching TV. He sighed and rubbed his temples. "I'm sorry, Emma. I just forgot. I'll do it now."

But Emma wasn't satisfied. She continued to nag, listing all the things John had forgotten to do that day. John listened patiently, knowing that Emma was stressed about work and the upcoming family gathering.

Just then, their young daughter, Lily, walked into the kitchen, holding a drawing she had made. "Mommy, Mommy! Look at my picture!" she exclaimed.

Emma's expression softened as she looked at Lily's artwork. "Oh, sweetie, it's beautiful! You're so talented!"

John got up from the couch and walked over to Emma, putting his arm around her waist. "Hey, I'm sorry if I've been forgetful lately. I know you're stressed, and I appreciate all you do for our family."

Emma looked up at John, and for a moment, her nagging ceased. She saw the love and kindness in his eyes, and her heart melted. "I'm sorry too," she said softly. "I just get overwhelmed sometimes."

John smiled and pulled her close. "I know, me too. But we're in this together, okay?"

As they hugged, Lily wrapped her arms around their legs, smiling up at them. In that moment, the nagging stopped, and love took over.

The three of them sat down to dinner together, laughing and talking about their day. The stew was delicious, and the love in the room was palpable.

As they finished their meal, Emma turned to John and said, "You know, I'm lucky to have you as my husband. You make me feel loved, even when I'm nagging."

John chuckled and kissed her forehead. "I'm lucky to have you too, Emma. You make me feel loved, even when I'm forgetful."

And so, they continued to navigate the ups and downs of life together, as a loving family.

*3*. Avoid cold drinks of any sort, go *warm*.
*4*. Do not leave your body(especially the *chest* region) bare because our body is porous and the hair strands attract cold waves.
*5*. Kainkain/ogogoro and ci******es do not drive cold rather the smoke blocks your arteries inhibiting the flow of blood molecules.
*6*. Extend the same to our *children,* avoid red meat and saturated fatty foods.
