Integrity is the foundation of a strong, credible, and effective service to God and humanity. It's about being whole, honest, and transparent in all our interactions, whether in the workplace, church, or community.
It also means being whole and upright and morally complete with a constant commitment to the truth.

- Integrity in the Workplace: As believers, our integrity goes to work with us, manifesting in how we treat our bosses, clients, and fellow employees. It's about being honest, respectful, and responsible in our professional lives.
- Integrity in Leadership: Leaders in the church and elsewhere must have high integrity, being trustworthy, sincere, and faithful in their words and actions. This builds trust and credibility with others.
Characteristics of Integrity
- Telling the Truth: Even when it's hard or uncomfortable, integrity dedemands honesty and transparency.
- Keeping Promises: Integrity means being reliable and following through on commitments.
- Confronting Problems: Integrity involves addressing issues head-on, rather than ignoring or avoiding them.
- Forgiving Others: Integrity includes showing grace and mercy to those who have wronged us.
