In the past two years, I’ve actively and intentionally pursued a career in filmmaking and video editing. This path has opened doors to incredible opportunities and connections. I’ve had the privilege of creating contents for various brands and individuals as well as working on several top-tier Nollywood sets with leading production companies in Abuja and Lagos as a behind-the-scenes photographer, videographer, and content creator.
These experiences have reshaped my creative perspective and introduced me to key industry figures who’ve played a vital role in my growth.
If you’re a creative who puts genuine effort into your craft, you’ll likely understand the quiet struggle of outgrowing your own work, almost like shedding old skin. The constant urge to do better often makes previous efforts feel obsolete. It’s a cycle many of us face; a creative loop with no clear beginning or end.
Over the years, I’ve created stunning photos and videos that never made it out—some buried under the weight of “not being good enough.” But in the coming days, I’ll be sharing them. These works may not fully reflect where I am now skill-wise, but they’re a part of my journey. A record of growth. A creative timeline.
