As we approach the end of the Miss World Competition, y’all should remember we’re still voting for our own Miss world Nigeria in the person of Tamunosoye Karibi George, she’s represented and flown the Nigerian flag so high this past weeks, we just need more final support to help her seal this and bring the crown home….. voting site is still open…. You always see the finished work, let me take you guys behind the process to create this advocate video for the Miss World Nigeria Pageant…

Preproduction took a couple of days because we had to build an infinity white wall, and production proper took 4 days, cos we had to visit a few dreaded places in the city of port harcourt like the creek road market, Elekahia, and a few more places..

we needed to create something different from what other contestants created even if we hadn’t seen all their videos, but if you check the miss world YouTube page, you will notice that what we created for Tamunosoye Karibi George was exceptionally different because we needed to relate a lot of things and tie that to a story.
As the director of photography, my job was simple, paint the best picture for the story, and the entire team came together to work tirelessly, my company XME Studios handled post production too as we had 3 days to deliver the video, so we worked round the clock to create this beauty.

My Way Official Video by VitaminC aka Vitamin C is a project that’s really hard to forget, because it brought a lot of nostalgia. I met colleagues I’d not seen in ages, we really didn’t film a project, we had fun, because directing someone that knows the dynamics of creating a visual is truly a blessing as it was quite easy creating this project. The whole team XME Studios pulled up and it was a bliss.. you can check out the full video on YouTube, and shoutout to Pws for housing the whole team and making the project come to life.

Ai is quite expensive, before you can achieve anything substantial with it, you still have to spend a huge ton of credits.

Before a project comes to life, there are processes, procedures, a team put together, you reach out to the artist; you call a producer, backup singers, producer gets his fee, mixing and mastering, before the production proper; costume, makeup, location manager, set, extras, equipments, manpower, from personal assistants, gaffer, grip, lights; monitors, transmitters, before you get into post production, there’s a directors fee, cinematographer, DIT, Editing, VFX, before Colorgrading and Mastering.

Leave job meant for professionals to professional,

When a project comes to live, a lot goes into it before you even see the finished work, weeks of plans, back and forths before coming up with a final project.

but in all this, give care to your projects by meeting the right team…. That’s why we’re here to serve you anytime.

I think I’ll blame AI also though, because y’all believe AI automatically means a project to be cheap. You guys have asked for it, and now the vfx immersive course is available for everyone that wants to take their film projects to the next level.
