Flame in retrospect

Its only yesterday I was alive
I was strong/ I was a vibe.

Only yesterday I was a friend
I was proper'
I was all you wish and found,

I have not lived my best yet,
I wanted a jet and I could have been a president,

Yes! fame too, I want that!
can't I equal solomon's record with the opposite s*x?,
even if they are not in my house let mine be recorded that I was same as fierce.

Grasp it all and make it mine，
Its escaping my grip!, thought I had it all panned out on my mind.

If today I am no more
A history to the newcomers
A Successor to the ancestors
It was my place to do them proud
It was my place to live my best
cause I am
a flame
A living being for a time being.

WHEN AM GONE, I HAVE DONE my BIT
ANOTHER WILL CARRY THE MANTLE
