"Mercy Has Not Forgotten Your Womb”
Jonah 2:8 — “They that observe lying vanities forsake their own mercy.”
My dear sister…
Can I just sit with you for a minute?
— just woman to woman.
I know what it feels like when your heart skips a beat at every delay,
when another month ends with nothing to show for all your prayers,
when someone casually asks, “So, when are you giving us good news?”
When you have to deliberate whether to visit a mother or not🥺
You manage a smile just to hide the sting.
You hold babies with shaky smiles,
and whispered under your breath, “Lord, when will it be my turn?”
Listen… I may not know exactly how your journey feels,
but I know this — God has not forgotten your womb.
Jonah said, “They that observe lying vanities forsake their own mercy.”
Those lying vanities sometimes sound like the thoughts that come late at night —
“Maybe it’s too late.”
“Maybe God has forgotten me.”
“Maybe I’m being punished.”
Those are lies, my sister.
God hasn’t turned His face away from you.
He’s working quietly behind the scenes — shaping something deeper than a pregnancy.
He’s shaping a story that will carry power, testimony, and laughter.
You are not barren — you are becoming the mother of a miracle.
And when your time comes — not man’s time, not your friend’s time — but God’s perfect time, you will hold your baby and whisper,
“Mercy did not forget me.”
So while you wait, don’t let shame speak louder than faith.
Don’t let sadness steal your worship.
And please — don’t isolate yourself.
You don’t have to walk through this season alone, find women who understand this waiting season —
women who pray and believe together.

🙏 Let's Pray
Lord, silence every lying voice that I have accepted. Replace it with your TRUTH. I am FRUITFUL ❤️❤️❤️
