Actress Judy Austin has reportedly taken fellow actress Rita Edochie to court over alleged defamation, filing a suit at the High Court of the FCT, Abuja

According to Judy Austin, Rita made defamatory statements against her, and she is now seeking N1 billion in damages, a full retraction and apology in two national newspapers and across Rita's social media, removal of all alleged defamatory statements, and N50 million as cost of prosecuting the suit.
