🪷Equality, symmetry

Healthy relationships are only possible between people who see each other as equals. Both partners must equally make efforts so that both feel comfortable.

🪷 Trust and intimacy

Relationships should have a sense of safety and acceptance. This feeling should be supported by the partner's behavior, who provides support in difficult situations.

🪷Boundaries and the adult self-concept

Despite trust, intimacy, and acceptance, one must not forget their own interests and needs. And the ability to talk about them!

🪷Respect and acceptance

One should respect not only their own boundaries, but also the partner's boundaries.

In harmonious relationships, partners can show vulnerability to each other. This means that one can openly reveal themselves, and the other side will provide safety and understanding.

💡 How to Find Your Life’s Work 🌟

"Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life." — Confucius’ famous quote has become a motto of our time. But what if you have no idea what could become your passion? 🤔

1️⃣ Ask Yourself Three Simple Questions
— What topic could I read 500 books about without getting bored? 📚
— What could I do for five years without getting paid? 💭
— What would I dedicate my life to if money weren’t an issue? 💸
Finding answers isn’t easy, but the insights could be life-changing. 🌱

2️⃣ Let Go of the Belief That Your Life’s Work Must Earn Money
"Anything that makes your heart beat faster is worth your effort." Are there things you would happily invest time and energy into, even if they don’t pay? It’s okay to earn money elsewhere for now, as long as you have time to make progress in what you love. ✨

3️⃣ Figure Out What You Don’t Want to Do
Make a list of jobs or activities that don’t resonate with you. Sometimes, contrast makes it easier to discover what you truly love. Write down the names of people you envy professionally. Ask yourself: "Whose job or lifestyle makes me feel a pang of envy? What field do I want to try but am too scared to pursue?" 🌈

4️⃣ Identify Areas Where You’re "Good Enough"
Even if you don’t have extraordinary skills in one area, you likely have a mix of abilities across different fields. Combining them could lead to discovering your true calling. 🌟

🚫How to Get Rid of Intrusive Thoughts 💭

Any conscious attempt to get rid of obsessive, anxious thoughts is doomed to fail—they keep coming back, causing more distress. To tackle this panic, you need a different strategy. 🧘‍♂️

Describe the Situation ✍️
Our subconscious tries to protect us by painting possible scenarios of what might happen, helping us adapt by imagining the situation. However, that doesn’t mean all our fears will come true. Try writing down the situation to analyze if the danger is as big as it seems.
Can something positive happen instead of negative scenario A? Write out a more successful scenario B. Think in detail about how the situation could unfold positively and what you can do to make it happen. This will help you distance yourself from scenario A and view the situation more realistically.

Defuse the Bomb 🧨
Panic thoughts are like a ticking time bomb, a mechanism inherited from our distant ancestors. "Our brain is highly sensitive to any information it perceives as dangerous. This mechanism helped our ancestors survive in much harsher environments."
Most fears aren’t a reflection of reality but an automatic reaction triggered by the brain’s survival mode. Instead of preparing for an imagined threat, ask yourself if your subconscious is exaggerating the danger.

Live in the Present 🌿
Often, our mind relies only on negative experiences. But we can look at the situation with fresh eyes. Is something bad happening now, or could it possibly happen? Real and potential events are not the same, but the brain easily confuses them. Think about which past experiences your fears might actually be connected to.
"Try to focus on everything that brings you joy in the present moment, as it's the only way to fully experience life." Just because something negative happened in the past doesn’t mean it will happen again in the future.
