*Job Summary:*
We are seeking an experienced Transport Manager to oversee and coordinate all transport-related activities within our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for managing a fleet that includes pool vehicles, expatriate-assigned vehicles, and shift-based driver operations. The ideal candidate will have strong logistics experience, exceptional people management skills, and a keen understanding of vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Oversee the company’s fleet of vehicles, including pool vehicles and assigned cars. Ensure optimal allocation, utilisation, and maintenance of all transport assets.
2. Manage a team of shift-based drivers, including scheduling, attendance, performance evaluation, and ensuring compliance with company driving policies and standards.
3. Coordinate periodic maintenance, servicing, licensing, and insurance of all vehicles to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with local transportation laws and safety standards.
4. Plan and coordinate daily vehicle movements to meet operational demands of the plant, including Staff pick-ups/drop-offs, supply chain logistics support, and ad hoc transportation requests.
5. Monitor and control transport-related costs, including fuel consumption, repairs, and third-party services. Recommend cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
6. Maintain accurate records of vehicle logs, fuel usage, servicing, and incidents. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly transport reports to management.

*Requirements:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration or related field.
* Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
* Proven experience managing a diverse fleet and shift-based driver teams.
* Solid understanding of fleet tracking systems, route planning, and vehicle maintenance procedures.

SECURITY OFFICER:
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor daily security operations across company depots, terminals, and transit routes.
2. Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.
3. Conduct routine and ad-hoc security patrols and spot checks to deter and detect irregular activities.
4. Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and respond promptly to security incidents.
5. Assist in the investigation of reported security breaches, theft, vandalism, or misconduct.

7. Ensure access control measures are enforced for all personnel and visitors.

Requirements:

4. Strong observational and incident reporting skills.

6. Good physical condition and alertness.

SAFETY OFFICER: Responsibilities:
1. Investigations into workplace accidents, near-misses, or environmental incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence
2. Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a safe working environment.
3. Ensures emergency response systems, policies and procedures are in place to manage emergencies and are maintained.
4. Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits on construction sites.
5. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations and industry best practices.
6. Design and deliver safety training programs for employees, including warehouse staff, drivers, and office personnel, covering topics such as fire safety, and emergency response procedures.
7. Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols.
8. Use tools like Microsoft tools to monitor safety metrics, track incidents, and prepare reports on HSE performance.

10. Assist in organizing safety trainings, toolbox meetings, safety talk and onboarding sessions for new staff.
11. Drive continuous improvement in HSE performance
12. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote safety initiatives and ensure the integration of safety practices into daily operations.

Requirements:
1. HND or bachelor’s degree in occupational HSE, Science or Social Science related Course.
2. Minimum of 2 years of HSE experience, preferably in the Transportation Industry.
3. Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent is required.
4. Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System).
5. Excellent understanding of HSE laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
