Okra(okro) is a vegetable that's often underrated even though it is of high nutritional value.
Okra contains vitamins minerals such as: Calcium, Potassium, vitamin B and C, including dietary fibre.
Ever heard of okra water?
Well, okra water has multiple amazing health benefits such as:
📌 Stabilizes blood sugar (reduces the risk of diabetes)
📌 Prevents and improves constipation
📌 Treats lung inflammation
📌 Prevents acne and smoothens the skin
📌Treats diarrhea, fever and abdominal pain

HOW TO MAKE OKRA WATER
📌 Wash and cut a few pieces of okra(depending on the quantity you want to make)to form round shapes.
📌 Pour the sliced okra in a container and put in some water.
📌 Wash and peel a piece of ginger and slice into the okra water.
📌 Store in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours or in room temperature for 12 hours.
📌 Next,strain the okra water to separate the okra from the water. (The last slide is what your okra water should look like).
📌 Fetch out half glass of the okra water and squeeze in fresh lemon juice (optional).
Voila! Your okra water in it's goodness, is ready to be consumed.
Take half glass twice a day, first thing in the morning and last thing before going to bed.
