BREAKINGNEWS!!! INEC POSTPONE's GOVERNORSHIP AND STATE ASSEMBLY ELECTION TO MARCH 18th,2023.

The Governorship and State assembly elections scheduled on 11th March,2023,has been postponed to March 18th, 2023 by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Earlier, INEC was curbed from tampering with the information inserted in the BVAS machines until appropriate inspection was conducted and Certified True Copies (CTC) issued to the PDP presidential candidate,Mr Atiku Abubakar and LP presidential candidate,Mr Peter Obi who are challenging the outcome of the presidential election.

According to the INEC , the postponement of the governorship and State assembly election was due to the inability of the commission to promptly commence the reconfiguration of the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) machines,used during the previous presidential election to enable their usage in the States election.

Zone Senate President To South-East, Arewa Youths Beg Tinubu,

An alliance of Northern youth groups under the sponsorship of Arewa Peace Initiative, has begged Bola Ahmed Tinubu the president elect and leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to zone the seat of the Senate President to the South-east region for the stake of peace and stability in a press statement signed and given to Journalists in Kaduna on the 2nd march,2023.

The National Coordinator of the group, Mallam Yakubu Muh'd, stated that, "We call on Mr. President-elect, all members of the National Assembly, APC leadership and any other relevant stakeholders to consider South-east as a region that deserved to produce Senate President of the 10th National Assembly."

BREAKING NEWS:SIX STATES DRAGGED THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO THE SUPREME COURT OVER TINIBU's VICTORY.

Six states of the federation Bayelsa, Delta, Edo, Adamawa, Akwa-Ibom, and Sokoto dragged the federal government before the Supreme Court over the conduct, collation and announcement of the presidential and National Assembly elections which was held on the 25th February,2023.

The six (6) States asked the supreme court declare the pronouncement of the APC presidential candidate, Ahmed Bola Tinibu as the president elect void and Null.

They stated that the entire results of the Presidential Election announced by the Chairman of INEC at the National Collation Centre, Abuja, is in violation of the provisions of the Electoral Act.

They want a declaration that the non-uploading of the results of each of the 176,974 Polling Units nationwide, in respect of the presidential election and National Assembly Elections were not in accordance with the provisions of the electoral act.

On his first press release,he thanked the citizens of Nigeria for the massive turn up during the just concluded presidential election which took place on the 25th February,2023.

he urges all the Nigerians to remain calm as we will collect our stolen mandate.he said that regardless the situation on ground we should also go out and partake in the upcoming governorship election on 11th march 2023.

He said that he is here to build a good foundation for the country in a peaceful way. "You can't build peace in a faulty foundation, you first build your foundation before making peace." — peter Obi.
he opted for peace and promised that since they said he should go to court he will go and collect the people's mandate.

He begged all the Nigerians that are in tears and those on the verge of leaving the country to please be patient with him that the journey of a new Nigeria has just begun.

According to the INEC chairman,he declared Bola Ahmed Tinibu of the All Progressive Party (APC) the president elect of Nigeria having met all the requirements by the constitution.

BREAKING NEWS!!BVAS SYNDICATE IN ABUJA HAS BEEN ARRESTED

It was reported that the Nigeria police has arrested members of a syndicate involved in the manipulation of the Bimordial Voters Accreditation System BVAS. The suspects were apprehended on Ghandji street in the Maitama area of the FCT.

According to the Arise TV report,the police are in custody of the suspects and proper investigation on the illegal possession and suspected manipulation of the BVAS is going on as the suspects help the police with it's proper investigation.It was also reported that one of the suspects arrested is said to be the Vice President of a company known as Emperor technology.
