The Speaker of the Enugu State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Uche C. Ugwu, sent one of his aides to visit the family of the late Mrs. Helen Onyechi, who was from Isiogwu village in Awhum, Udi Local Government Area. Mrs. Onyechi tragically passed away in an accident earlier this year on Ugwu Onyema Express Road.

During the visit, the aide offered condolences and encouraged the family, particularly the children, not to lose hope despite the loss of their mother. One of her sons, Chinuike Judu Onyechi, expressed gratitude for the government's visit and appealed for assistance, noting that they are now orphans without either a father or mother and only have each other to rely on. He requested help from the Enugu State Government.

I am so sad, and I can't believe it's true that you are no longer with us. I weep every time I look at your picture, knowing that they will lay you down in your grave tomorrow.
