Meet Elizabeth , a 31-year old lady from Naivasha county. she’s suffering from eye cancer. The problem started 3 years ago when the eye became itchy and she complained of having head pains. After some time, the eye started to swell. It became worse to the extent that she couldn’t see anything. Sometimes the eye discharges pus and it becomes smelly.she gets sleepless nights because of the pain in her eyes Her parents tried to look for her treatment, but to no avail, due to a lack of funds even SHA couldn't cover.......

Elizabeth goes through a lot in her life. she faces rejection from people, and this leads her to isolate herself from people to avoid getting in contact with them. she often go to bed hungry due to a lack of food. she takes plain water sometimes when she has no food to give them.

It’s such a challenge for Elizabeth to provide for the kids’ basic needs.she even lacks a small amount of money to pay her son’s school fees and there rent,, and the only option left is toaaaaa stay with the kid at home. she loses hope and sometimes wishes to d1e. she has tried to take some su1cidal medicines three times due to stress.

Buying painkillers for herself has become a problem. she sold her household items to cater to her kids and at least get something to buy medicine. Elizabeth feels like a lesser woman, seeing that she’s unable to provide for her family.
