I’m a Stage 3 cancer survivor who made it a personal mission to help others live healthier by sharing my cancer journey, the health mistakes I made after diagnosis, the lessons I learnt, my lifestyle after cancer, and practical healthy living guidelines.

Today, as we celebrate Children’s Day, I reflect on the incredible gift it is for parents to be alive, healthy, and present in their children's lives.

I pray for every parent🙏, especially those battling cancer, that God grants them strength, health, and peace, to walk this journey with their children, celebrating every step. May every parent be blessed with sound health, and the resources to give their children happiness.

Happy Children's Day to all the kids! And to all the parents fighting for life, may God heal you, keep you strong, and grant you many more years of love and joy.

Ladies, I need you to listen closely. If you notice any changes, lumps, skin dimpling or twisting, ni**le discharge, or anything unusual, please don't ignore, hide, or deny them, especially when it's still early, that's when you have more chance of survival if that's eventually the ugly C🎗️.

I once said, “Cancer isn't my portion,” and by delaying my treatment for a whole year, I paid a heavy price. I went from six recommended chemo rounds to 16, enduring far more pain and it took so much more money.

It is only by God's grace I'm still here, many others didn't make it.

Learn from my mistake. Take action early, your life is priceless.

Water💦 is life, but too much of a good thing can be dangerous!

In this video, I'm uncovering how excessive water intake can lead to hyponatremia, a serious imbalance.

Stay informed, stay safe, balance is key to a healthy lifestyle.

I'm revisiting a critical habit I used to neglect before my cancer diagnosis..."always forgetting to drink enough water 💦"

Looking back now, I truly believe poor hydration negatively affected my health and may have contributed to my cancer journey.

Today, I'm sharing 10 amazing health benefits of staying properly hydrated, something I sincerely wish I had prioritized much earlier.

Learn from my mistakes, guys, don't wait until life happens before you start taking care of your health.

Stay tuned, because in my next video, I'll also talk about the risks of drinking too much water.
Let’s stay balanced, informed, and healthy.

A lot of you have been asking me where I got my prosthetic breasts from. Honestly, the woman that sold the one I’ve been using is no longer selling. The one I’m holding here was purchased for me from Canada, but unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size and shape for myself.

Since then, I’ve been searching for another vendor with very affordable prices so I can buy for myself and also recommend to others. Most of the ones I’ve seen online are really expensive.

Please, if you know any trusted vendor with good and affordable prosthetic breasts, kindly tag them or send me their contact 🙏.

I’m not looking for commission or profit from anyone. I just want to help survivors and warriors who keep asking where they can get affordable ones. Once I find a reliable vendor, I’ll gladly share the contact publicly for everyone to reach out directly 💕

Many people battling cancer🎗️ today have no family history of it. In fact, for a lot of people, the cancer journey starts with them in their family.

In my case, yes, it’s said to be hereditary, my mother, her sister, my paternal aunt and cousin died of it.

But for so many others, there’s no warning. That’s why I urge you, please, don’t relax. Check yourself regularly. Early detection saves lives.

Even if you’re healthy, be intentional about your lifestyle. Stay on top of your health.

I speak from personal pain. After seeing a video of a herbalist blaming doctors for the death of Mr. Alex Ekubo, I was reminded of my own experience.

One question I keep asking these people, and they never answer, is: how many cancer🎗️patients have you truly treated, and why have we not seen them?

I once believed these false cures too, and my cancer progressed from stage 2 to stage 3 because of it. They said alkaline water was the ultimate solution, and during my first year after diagnosis, I made sure I drank it faithfully. Some also said not to remove the breast, but to use oils and massage it instead. I did all that, yet the cancer still progressed.

Please don’t waste your chance of survival trying what does not work. Cancer is not an ordinary lump you can simply massage away.
Early detection followed by proper medical treatment increases the chances of survival.
Hospital care gave me a chance, and it can give you yours too.

Today I’m enjoying this beautiful African star apple (Udara) I absolutely love these fruits, whether they're sweet or those slapping ones with a tangy kick😊.

They're rich in vitamin C, which boosts immunity, and I enjoy them so much.

Just a quick reminder, though, eat them in moderation! They have natural sugar, and when it comes to blood sugar, sugar is sugar, be it natural or not.

Stay healthy!

I've been reflecting on Alex Ekubo's passing, and honestly, I understand why he chose silence. People wish he had opened up when they reached out, but having been there myself, I know how overwhelming it can be.

When I was diagnosed, I kept it private too. Only my family and a few people at work knew. The day I told a very close friend and saw her break down in tears, I realized I wasn’t ready to carry both my pain and everyone else's emotions too.

Support is important, but so is respecting a person's privacy. Sometimes, silence is how people survive. Let's not blame Alex for needing that space.
May he rest in perfect peace🕊️.
