THERE'S GRACE FOR FOLLOWERSHIP.
ASK GOD FOR IT. THERE'S NO REWARD IN BITTER FOLLOWERSHIP.
IF YOU ARE LOT, NEVER LEAVE YOUR ABRAHAM. Opportunities will always present itself for you to walk out. Even atimes your Abraham will give you the option of leaving him. Sometimes it will come from your fellow sons of the prophet. They will open your eyes to the manliness of your man of God and pressure you to leave him while they themselves will stick around. Atimes they will leave and do everything to draw you out from your Abraham.
Now ask yourself this questions:
1. Why did I start following my man of God?
Was it God that asked you to join him expressly or did you stumble upon him by mistake? Even if it's by mistake, predestination made it happen?
Don't just leave without getting clearance from God.
2. What is your life's vision?
And how is your vision tied to your man of God?
3. Was it your man of God that discovered you from the congregation? Was he the one that started training you?
Was he the one that gave you your first platform?
In answering questions three, consider if you have been loyal to your man of God.
If you have not been loyal, consider repenting and unfollow the negative influence that you gave access to your heart.
My dear foot soldiers,
We live in times and seasons where many men of God are rising up with different visions. Most of them are angry at their bosses or former mentors hence they are now their own G Os and founders.
It is worthy of note that you can serve in a place for a while and joyfully leave to start your own work and God will bless you and establish you.
But you see this pattern that is becoming a norm in our side of the Niger should be avoided. Leaving a ministry and trying to pull almost all the people where you served formerly to start your own. This is highly condemable.
This is why some fathers don't give platforms to their sons.
You can gladly leave a work without tearing it down. What happens is that the work you left will eventually survive but when your own crisis hits you, it will drown you. That will be the end of your ministry.
Let me say it again.
If you are LOT, never leave your ABRAHAM.
only a foolish lot does not know that the atmosphere of Abraham produces all he ever enjoyed. Foolishness Will make you think you are more anointed than your father until you go to start your own. Let me say it again, you can serve man and God says to you to raise Him a people different from where you served, please do it with wisdom.
Don't just burn bridges you might need to go through it again.
The man you see in front of me is my Abraham. God told me to follow him. Well I can not tell you we have not had issues. Is there a house where there is no challenges. Now ask your self this, have there been misunderstanding between you and you biological father before? Ofcourse there is. Then did you stop bearing his surname just because you disagreed? If you have not done that why would you break out from your father in faith's because there's a disagreement. EXCEPT HE LEFT THE LORD ENTIRELY. THE INSTRUCTION IS FOLLOW ME AS I FOLLOW CHRIST. Lets all grow up.
If you are the Abraham of your generation I pray that loyal men will surround you.
