HAVE YOU HEARD OF A DEADLY DISEASE CALLED STD-C?

It is no longer a news that many companies both big and small tried to avoid this disease and they ended up dying. Yes, I know of many businesses that started very fine, but at the long run, they failed to check the viral load of this disease and it cost them their business' life span.

That is why as a content writer or a copy writer it is your duty to save the company by increasing the viral load of this disease. All you have to do is to inject the company with the virus itself. I know it sounds crazy, but that is the only way to keep the viral load in check. Follow these steps to achieve it:

1. S which stands for SEE: it is your responsibility before coming up with content ideas of copy, to understand the company's brand. When you do this, it will help you know your target audience.

2. T which stands for THINK: at this stage you will begin to generate contents, craft out compelling copy, send captivating cold email, and create irresistible awareness about the company and it services.

3. D which stands for DO: here you will start working on the best approach to lure the customers to get the products. Using strong CTAs will be of importance. Never forget that customers love the word “free” you should try to use it in some of your copy or content.

4. C which stands for CARE: create posts on how the products can used. Pay attention to reviews and answering their questions will go a long way to keep your customers and attract more.

THE MOTIVATION THAT STOLE MY FIRST JOY

I knew the joy I felt the first day I generated a Facebook Ads copy for a client, and I was paid a little token. I quickly sent a message to my tutor, to show him how much I have improved. He was pleased with me.

Later the same day, he sent me a parcel, and inside contained a pen and a book. On the first page of the book he wrote.

“I am among the few that believe in the transformative power of AI. However, AI can't displace professionals in their field, but will cost newbies their job. That's why you should sit up and keep learning.”

STRESS IS ONE OUT OF 10 GOOD THINGS TO AVOID, YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY?

Hey dear friend,
How have you been? It has been a rough day. Working on a project. Meeting up with project deadlines. Replying to clients. Generating content ideas, and making out time for self revitalization.

I want to reveal my little secrets how I was able to manage different number of clients in generating email campaigns, writing copies and writing contents for articles and blog post without running short of ideas or having writer's block.

It has helped me scale through some difficulties, so I think I should share it with you. If you don't have files like this, I encourage you to start down. You don't have to stress so much to attend to your clients. Stress after work gives you energy, when you have enough time to rest.

SORRY TO BOTHER YOU, BUT HEAR ME OUT!

My little friend called me last night while I was busy on a research. I was battling if I should pick up her call, or continue with my research. It is my own principle not to pick calls especially when I am busy on a research work.

She knew about it. After calling for 4 times, she stopped calling. Few minutes later, she sent me a text on my WhatsApp. I already had a lot of messages yet unattended, so I said, hers should join the queue. But I couldn't focus on my research work. Her message stood exceptional, I only saw a part of it on my screen, and it attracted my attention. Never mind about what she wrote, it was a little secret.

This is what is expected of you as a content writer or a copywriter. You must improve your headline to rank higher in SERPs. There are other factors to consider:
1. Make sure it doesn't exceed 60 characters
2. Browse a list of keywords similar to the ones of your headline.

NEVER STOP ASKING QUESTIONS

A very good friend of mine who started taking a course in copywriting asked me a question.“Alex have you any idea of Email list?” I knew that was a very important part every copywriter should know about.

Then I replied: “email list contains every detail of customers or visitors a company once had transactions with. So that the company can send business update, new product or any news about the company, they want their customers to know about. She was excited and hung up the call.

I had wanted to tell her, someone like me prepares email list with either google sheet or excel. I know she will call next time to ask about it. Also there are many email marketing tools. I will make my time to list them out.

As a copywriter or an advertising manager, be cautious how you describe the benefits of a product.

Never be too extreme, thereby creating doubt in the minds of potential customers.

And never give poor description, thereby discouraging potential customers from buying.

Be discreet in your description and watch the magic.
