Who thought us this?
Could it be one of the scientific innovations? Thinking aloud.
This is about our delicious fresh tomato stew.
Someone will take his/her time to buy well-ripened reddish fresh tomatoes like our tomato Jos. Get into the kitchen, slices or blends the tomatoes. Sieves or drains out all the tomato water and discards. Then goes ahead to steaming or boiling the blended or sliced tomatoes to almost dryness or dryness, making sure that the water content is reduced to the nearest minimum.
Next, gets a pot/frying pan, add oil, add other things, and begins to fry this tomato. Hmmm!
The extent to which the tomato is fried depends on the individual and the mood or taste you want/ needed at the moment.
Some fry for a short period while some fry for a longer period.
Then at the end of the rigorous frying, the next thing is to fetch some water from the tap, normal water o from the tap and pours into the pot of the fried tomato called tomato stew π³.Haaa!
The same tomatoes you drained or dried all the water is the same tomato, now our delicious stew, you fetched water from the tap and poured into? Haba!
"Ife Γ‘ nwekwalΓΊ ka Γ³ di o. " E get as this thing be o. Abeg, who thought us this?
Frying tomato is even more time-consuming, gas consuming. What about the nutritional value of the stew βΊοΈ?
How do you prepare yours?
